Several years ago I was working deep inside of a high city building, in suit and tie on the 12th floor. Long hours in the windowless mailroom fostered a growing discontent. My rebellion took the form of a frenzied Mr. Jenkins, as a reminder of what I did not want to, but quickly and easily could become. I have since learned that you need not wear a suit and tie to experience the frenetic and wound-up work world. Even on a path to what you believe is your grandest desire it is very possible to find yourself running, longing to rediscover an inner stillness.

Run, Mr. Jenkins,…and find your peace.
